Is it dangerous to smoke pot while pregnant?

Many issues related to smoking (tobacco or marijuana) are related to carbon monoxide in the smoke (plus nicotine in the cigs). There are probably similar risks associated with both, so if tobacco cigs do it, I bet the effects of MJ are similar. I doubt it is any worse than tobacco, but we all know that isn't good. I would avoid it if possible. Elimination of risk is the best approach.
