Can I buy a game from Games on Demand on the xbox in another country?

I recently lost my modern warfare 2 disc, i didn't bring any other games and im gonna be the whole summer here in Venezuela. In this country it is imposable to find war games on disc because they are banned, but i tried buying modern warfare 2 on games on demand and it said that it wasn't available for my country. Is there any way around this so i can have my daily dose of gaming back?
